Middleeast Valve is the well reputated company of Safety valve supplier in UAE
Middleeast Valve supplies best quality of valves to Khor fakkan and Kalba.
A safety valve acts as a backup valve. A safety valve is used as a crucial component of a system, such as a pressure vessel, boiler, or other arrangements. It is also known as the Pressure Relief Valve is built to automatically open to release excess pressure and close once pressure levels have stabilized. It can be categorized as having a quick opening or speed proportional to the opening pressure.
Industries where Safety Valves are used:
- Chemical Manufacturing
- Food & Drinks Industries
- Gas
- Oil
- Petrochemical
- Power genteration
- Cosmetics
Why do we need safety valves:-
· The safety valve is a fail-safe mechanism that guards against malfunction under overpressure circumstances.
· When a predetermined excess pressure is achieved, a safety valve opens to release a volume of fluid from inside the apparatus, relieving the boiler of any excess pressure.
· Ruinous failure may result if the operating pressure in the system exceeds the safe limit of the construction material.
Types of Safety Valve –
· Steam Safety Valve.
Steam Safety Valve protects systems and over pressured vessels. It is positioned above the boiler between the steam space and the steam supply line. Too much pressure could harm the boilers. Steam safety valve is used to release excessive pressure. The valve's main job is to manually or automatically reduce pressure.
· Thermal Safety Valve.
A thermal safety valve releases excess pressure when the liquid expands thermally and does so in a closed system, which would otherwise result in excessive pressure. The internal spring of the Thermal Safety valve opens if the force of fluid expansion is sufficient. Less maintenance is needed for these valves.
· Conventional Safety valve.
Customary Safety Tanks and boilers are just two examples of the pressure equipment for which valves are used to maintain safety. It starts discharging fluid automatically when the fluid pressure increases. When the pressure decreases, it automatically closes.
· Pilot operated safety valve
A pilot Safety valve is a small valve that controls a limited-flow control feed to a separate piloted valve. Typically, this separate valve controls a high pressure or high flow feed.
· Bellow safety valve
A direct loaded safety valve with bellows protecting sliding, rotating, or partially rotating parts and springs from the fluid's effects. The bellows' design may be such that it accounts for the effects of backpressure.
Applications of Safety Valves:
- Aircraft Hydraulic Systems
- Boiler Drums
- Fuel Pump
- Heating Boilers
- LNG & LPG
- Pressure Reducing Stations
- Pressure Vessels
Advantages of Safety Valves:
· Quick acting
· Self-actuated
· Prevents backflow
· Safety valve can handle low and high pressures

Check Valve Supplier UAE
Middleeast Valve is well known company of Check valve Supplier in UAE.
A check valve is a circulating device which is commonly used in pipeline systems to permit a fluid to flow in just one direction and avoid backwash or backflow. They can be applied to a wide range of fluids, including liquids, gases, condensate, and slurries.
It has two slots, one for input and other for output. A check valve is formed by a shutter, a spring and a gasket.
It is also called 'One-way valve', 'Clack valve' or 'Non-return valve' since it only allows media to flow in one direction. Fluids enter the valve at the inlet under pressure, where they push the disc away from the valve's seat and out the outlet.
As long as the pressure is kept high enough to keep the disc open, the flow is constant. The disc automatically returns to its seat to stop the flow if there is a pressure drop.
Industries where Check Valves used are :
· Chemical processing
· Power generation
· Hydropower
· Petrochemical
· Oil and gas
· Gas plants
· LNG
· Liquid gases
· Refineries
· Petrochemical
· Chemical and many more industries …
Types of Check Valves-
- Swing Check Valve
- Wafer Check Valve
- Ball Check Valve
- Lift Check Valve
- Dual Plate Check Valve
- Silent Check Valve
- Non-slam Swing Check Valve
- Tilting disc Check Valve
- Pressure seal Check Valve
How does a Check valve Work ?
The operation of a check valve depends on pressure variation. When the output pressure increases, the check valve will close off, requiring high pressure on the input rather than the output. There are several closing mechanisms for different types of check valves. They typically serve to prevent backflow To ensure that waste water leaves the system and does not return, check valves, for instance, are installed in sewer pipes. They come in a range of sizes, varieties, and styles depending on the needs.
Advantages of Check Valves-
• Self-actuated
• Fast-acting
• It maintains the pressure
• Prevent water hammer.
• Maintenance costs are decreased.
• Capable of adapting to varying flow conditions
Difference between swing and wafer check valve
Wafer check valve
The wafer-thin construction of wafer check valves gives them their name. These slim valves are designed to fit between two flanges in confined places. This valve doesn't have any controls. The valve's central swinging disc, which opens in one direction and closes if liquids flow back in the other direction, is its essential part.
Swing check valve
Swing check valves, as the name implies, also uses a swinging disc to allow or block flow. The two differ in the way their bodies are made. In contrast to the wafer check valve, swing check valves are not intended for extremely small places. Around the spot where the disc opens up, their bodies have been formed.
