Carrefour invests in Fortnite by launching "The Healthy Map", a creative game map, that is created through a special mode, which allows gamers to regain life only by eating healthy.
In detail, within this map, users of the video game developed by Epic Games can only heal themselves with fruit, vegetables and fish instead of the usual healing kits and potions that allow you to recover health points. The initiative, the note reads, represents an opportunity for the large-scale distribution chain to bring together a new target audience, gamers, around the theme of healthy and sustainable nutrition .
To create The Healthy Map, Publicis Conseil relied on the specialized team of MakaMakes, made up of recognized Fortnite creative map designers . The map, the note describes, transports players to the "Carrefour of tomorrow", more ecological and responsible: a supermarket with its electric charging station and biomethane-powered trucks, a responsible fishing area, fields of organic fruit and fresh vegetables and a farm that respects animal welfare.
Fortnite had 350 million players last year and is one of the most followed titles on streaming platforms.
