On Ruth’s video today, she talks about food cravings and that it's not your fault if you have them. Almost 100% of women say that they have had food cravings in the last year, like CHOCOLATE, cake or ice-cream, chips or popcorn etc.
Ruth talks about the fact that the brain has a reward centre or a reward system that reinforces behaviours associated with rewards. So if you are rewarding yourself with processed junk food, you could be in trouble!
So if you're trying to lose weight, it's time to change how you reward yourself....start to reward yourself with something other than processed crap so that you are not sabotaging your weight loss goals.
