How yoga connects us to nature?
In addition to helping us connect with our inner spirit, yoga also helps us connect with nature. By concentrating on the body, breath, and mind, we establish a connection inside ourselves. The objective is to increase awareness of our own energy, also known as prana or spiritual power, which we can learn is shared by all living things through practice.

The majority of regular students think that practicing yoga and meditation can help us slow down, purify our minds, and relax our minds. And that makes it simpler for us to connect with both ourselves and the outside world, so the reasoning goes.
