MOODS AND EMOTIONS

Think of the most optimistic person you know. Think about spending a few hours in their company. Then tell me, how does it make you feel?
It is my belief that a person attracts what he or she projects. It took me the better part of 40 years to figure that out, but it wasn't until I met the zany, merry gang of eternal optimists I spend my time with nowadays that a true appreciation was born for the power of positivity. What they have taught me in the short few years they've had me under their life-loving wing is that there is no way to live a joyful life if you can't shake off the bad experiences and chalk them up to a lesson learned. And there is no way to fake yourself out of a bad attitude. They've also taught me that being kind to the people who haven't seen the power of optimism is just as important as being optimistic.
So, think of the most pessimistic person you know. Think about spending a few hours in their company. Then, tell me - how you are going to make them feel better?
