Long radius 3D bends are professionally manufactured and exported by Triton Alloys Inc., which also has machining centres for precise work. We produce 3D bends with long radii in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 36" by ANSI B16.29, ASTM A53/A106, and ASME B16.28 standards. Our ANSI/ASME B16.9 long radius 3D bend and other fitting products go through thorough quality tests at every stage of manufacturing and are made using high-quality materials to assure quality. These ANSI/ASME B16.9 large radius 3D bends are corrosion resistant, sturdy, and long-lasting since they were created following international quality standards. We also provide various pipe fittings in bespoke shapes, and extended radius 3D bends that comply with ANSI/ASME B16.9. We produce fittings in various metals, including copper nickel, titanium, special alloys, high nickel alloy, duplex/super duplex, and stainless steel.
What is a long radius 3D bend?
A bend in which the radius of curvature is three times the pipe's diameter is known as a 3D bend. It's sharper than a 5D bend, which appears as a smooth arc between two perpendicular pieces, but it's smoother than a 1.5D bend, which resembles a conventional 90-degree right angle almost exactly. All different kinds of structural frames frequently have 3D bending. These might be the frames of a custom car, a building, an aircraft, or spacecraft. In many cases, pipes are bent, chopped, and welded together to produce a structural frame or a sturdy skeleton. Then sheet metal is attached by screws or welds to build an entire assembly that is incredibly robust and weatherproof. It can also be lightweight and corrosion-resistant if built from titanium, aluminium, or other specialised metals.
