Maintenance Tips for Rubber Grinding Mill
1. The shaft of the rubber mill bears the full load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great effect on the life of the bearing which directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good.
2. The newly installed wheel rim are prone to loosening and must be checked frequently.
3. Pay attention to whether the work of each part of the machine is normal.
4. Regularly check the wear degree of the wear-resistant parts, and get ready to replace the worn parts at any time.
5. Dust and other objects on the plane for movable device should be removed, so the movable bearing can move on the bottom frame when the machine is fed materials that cannot be broken.
6. If the oil temperature of the bearing rises, stop the machine immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
7. If there is an impact sound when the rotating gear is running, stop it immediately for inspection.
Factors Affecting the Output of Rubber Pulverizer
1. The feeding speed: the raw rubber material should not be fed too fast, otherwise it will be easy to get stuck, and they should be fed in evenly.
2. The blades should be ground regularly: the blades of the rubber grinder that have been used for a long time are obviously not sharp enough, and regular grinding is required, otherwise the output will be greatly reduced.
Production Process of Rubber Powder
Firstly, cut the rubber ring from the tire with a tire drawing machine; then, cut the tires into blocks by tire cutter, and then feed rubber blocks into a tire shredder, and then, grind them into particles about 10-15 mm and send them to a rubber mill by a conveyor, finally, grinding mill grinds rubber particles into rubber powder, and the rubber powder will be screened by vibrating screen.
