Currently, there are just not enough workers to fill available positions here in the United States across many industries. And, with construction in most parts of the U.S. showing no signs of slowing down, the need for workers is large. In fact, overall employment growth numbers put construction equipment operators’ growth rate at 5% in the next few years.
