Each Career Episode follows a four-part structure Introduction, Background, Personal Engineering Activity, and Summary. The Personal Engineering Activity section is where assessments are won or lost. It must be written entirely in first person, describing specific decisions you made, methods you applied, calculations you performed, and outcomes you achieved.
