Your partner is competent in English language test but does not have the same skills as you OR is not an applicant for the same visa subclass: 5 points

• Australian Specialist Education

A master’s by research or doctoral degree from an Australian institution, with at least two years in a similar field: 5 points

• Study in a Regional or Metropolitan Area

At least one degree, diploma, or trade qualification from an Australian institution, which meets the study requirements gained while living and studying in an eligible area of regional Australia:
