I think as Human Beings we have an obligation to love and care for each other. Knowing others "have your back" is reassuring and hopefully will catch on and spread through society. We must all work towards ensuring basic needs are met.

One needs to realize that some people are a victim of their circumstance or upbringing. We, as a society need to pitch in and ensure everyone has basic needs. The easy answer is tell them to find their own way and fend for themselves.
